How does your pricing work? We charge per student, per term. You do not pay a yearly license fee for the whole school. You only pay for the students who are actually enrolled for that specific term.

Is there a minimum number of students required? Yes. To activate a new term, you need a minimum of 20 students. After that, you can add students one by one as they resume.
The Wallet System and Late Enrollments

What is the "Wallet System"? Think of it like a prepaid meter. You fund your school's wallet at the start of the term. When you enroll a student into the new term, the system deducts the fee for that student from your wallet. This ensures you never pay for empty seats or students who have left.

What happens if a student joins mid-term? Our system handles this automatically. When you enroll a late student, the system will deduct the fee for that student from your wallet balance.
